Farm Girl: It was hard to read the first part of the book as I just wanted to jump into the exercises, but I am glad I did. The author does a very good job of explaining what moving/exercising does to every part of our body, along with what being sedentary does. I am 72 and have always been active but less so in recent years, and have noticed a lack of energy in everyday tasks. Now I know why, and what to do to fix it.
