farout: It is exactly what I thought it would be my only complaint was with the included cup it separated and was of very poor quality. I just use my regular coffee cup to brew into.

Martha Cornelison: I bought one last year and loved it. I was traveling out of the country and bought a new one to take. Gave to my brother after my visit with him. He uses it anytime he travels. Came back and bought another one. Use it every day but did need to replace it after about 10 months with daily use. Have bought a total of 5 now. Again, travel out of the country and left my new one with my brother so he can have a backup when needed. I have one I am using one now and bought an extra one as a backup. For someone who's family grows coffee and my brother says it's a great little coffee pot says it all. Whenever I travel anywhere, I always take it. Hate hotel room coffee pots.

SDF212SDF212: Let me first say, I just started working from home in the mornings, and then going into the office after lunch. In the past, my routine had been to get coffee on the way to work. Since I no longer have to go in until after lunch, I quickly realized that without my morning coffee I was very unproductive and crabby. So, I started looking for a solution. I wanted a single cup, easy to use, with a washable mug. The AdirChef grabbed my attention with it's colorful options, and I thought it would add a nice bit of color to my otherwise dull kitchen counter. I was skeptical about the quality due to the price. But hey, it's Amazon, and if I was unhappy back it would go. So I ordered it. It arrived, and the next day I made my morning cup of coffee. Everything was great. Nice, fast, hot, good tasting coffee. I did think in the back of my head, this machine seems durable enough, but this cup sure does seem to flex and make little popping sounds. Fast forward to the next morning. I make my cup of coffee, and while it brewed I went to the restroom. When I came back I picked the cup up and realized there was some coffee on the counter.
