I had to exchange for a larger size. Still a bit narrow. Was hoping for a bit more arch support as this style will not easily accommodate a gel insert. Grip is perfect. Style is great. Ankle support is just right. I bought Black with Red soles. The laces are flat and black.....do your self a favor and get round laces in a lighter color - white or red. Getting the shoes on and off will be a lot easier for you.

Bought these for my 8 year old son in a size 4. Wasn't sure about the size and wanted to try these before ordering for his brother. They looked so big coming out of the box! But they fit great and he loves them! What an awrsome lookong shoe!! I would say they run pretty true to size as he is a 4. They are snug with little bit of room at the toe. My hisband insists it is fine to wrestle with and wrestling season for us doesn't begin for another month, then goes for a while. His feet aren't getting any smaller so these seem like a really perfect fit. Got them in another color as well for his brothet in a 3.5.

I have worn these shoes everyday for over 1 year and 3 months now. They are extremely durable and are only now starting to show degradation on the ball of the foot on the sole. They are comfortable, provide great grip, and beat out EVERY other "minimalist" design shoe I've ever tried (including New Balance, LEMS shoes, and a few others).
I am a 30 year old bodybuilder, strongman, and fitness nut (not a wrestler, but some of the events and exercises I do require really good foot grip). I wear these for training as well as everyday. They're extremely comfortable and breathable.
The only have two negatives about these shoes: 1) they're not water resistant at all which is expected but I really wish they were so I could wear them during the winter more easily. Honestly I still wear them in the winter and suffer the coldness and slight dampness because I love wearing these so much. 2) During the first few months after getting them whenever I would use the rowing machine I would end with a blister on my heel due to the construction of the shoe heel and the pressure and repeated movement due to the rowing motion, after they were broken in though this...
