B. Tice: The door chime looked great on the site, but what I didn't like so much is the flared edges as it sits against the wall. Not flat like they should be, and I didn't want to try and flatten them afraid of damaging the edges. That's why 4 stars, being in the hall you really don't notice it but for the price it should have been made a lot better. Instructions aren't so good as when you want to install the cover, nothing, it's like they leave it up to you to figure it out, so I use 3M double sided tape to attach it to the wall when I was done testing it first before doing that.

Patrick Taylor: I thought this was just the cover but also comes with the chime. I only needed the cover so I wish there was an option without the chime that’s cheaper but this was the only shiplap cover I could find. I love the look of it!

Deborah Nichols: Works with Ring Pro 2 . Was same as old easy to switch out . Lid was only thing that was slightly difficult to line up in slots other than that easy install ,and works well.
