RickRick: Excited to study up and then later take the exam. Very concise and thorough in nature. The first section explains about AVIXA and then the test and what to expect. I added photos of the actual subject to be covered to help others understand what is in the book. There are tests at the end of each chapter which is helpful to move forward knowing you have a solid understanding. Real world experience is the greatest teacher and I have many years however some areas were weakness' and this study guide will help to pass those sections. Good luck to all in their pursuit of the CTS certification!

krausb: Great book but, honestly, doesn’t contain anything that you can’t already get for free on AVIXA’s website. Unless you need to study when you don’t have internet access, just take the online CTS exam prep course on AVIXA’s website.
