Package says 5yr shelf life however the batteries I received are already one year old. The package has a best by used date of 02/2027. As other buyers have noted these batteries are double sealed and a little difficult to open.

Do not waste your money at the $1 store picking up batteries like this. They rarely work or will drain power right away. You will just wind up spending more money when you could just order these which will work.
