Joel Fritz: It's a tire gauge. It's easier to read than the stick variety. If the stated ANSI standard compliance is true it's accurate within a reasonable degree of precision. I have no way to test it. The pressure retention for reading when disconnected is a good feature.

Steve P: This one gives an accurate reading. Working well so far. Hope it keeps working. The same cannot be said for the companion product I ordered at the same time. the Accu-Gage RA60X (5-60 PSI) Right Angle Chuck Dial Tire Pressure Gauge with Hose. It gave an inaccurate pressure reading on the first use. When I pressed the pressure release button, the gauge would not return to zero. It is stuck at 5 lbs. So avoid the RA60X model with the hose and the right angle chuck, it is junk.
I will compliment Amazon though, they promptly refunded my money for the RA60X.
However, this product the Accu-Gage RS60XA Professional Tire Pressure Gauge with Protective Rubber Guard (60 PSI) is working great
Update: the unit I kept no longer holds the air pressure reading. Immediately after removing from the tire valve stem the pressure reading drops to zero. Since I cannot ascertain how to return this piece of junk I am changing my rating to 1 star
9/6/2020 - update - after I changed to 1 star and reported the above problem, the seller quickly sent me an email through Amazon on how the fix the problem. The suggestion worked and resolved the problem. I have changed the rating...
