Placeholder: I wanted this to work as I have a new baby in the family. Temp reading was 2 degrees below my other oral, digital thermometer which I know has been accurate for years. So not doing what I needed it to do. I contacted company. They were immediately responsive - sent me a new unit and it works fine. Would highly recommend.
