Donald Norman: I don't throw anything away until I can't get anything else out of it. When my 6 year old laptop started crashing and freezing I ran diagnostics and found that the 6 gigs of memory was breaking down. I ordered A-Tech 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3/DDR3L 1600MHz PC3L-12800 and found a whole new machine. I put off replacing the laptop another 2 1/2 years.

Daniel J Gargasz: memory was easily tripled in my laptop making it much faster with some simple changes, thank you youtubers! was shipped lightning fast with Prime and being able to return something that doesn't work makes this upgrade a no brainer. I also swapped out my hard disc drive for a one TB solid state drive from Amazon, extending the life of my laptop was simple and light on my wallet. all necessary parts and tools came from Amazon and the instructions and courage was all YouTube. pay close attention when formatting your new Drive so you don't end up with the same size drive you are replacing.

stephanie: After 2 months of upgrade, each time need to boot up the macbook pro 15inch mid 2012 , there will be beeping sound. tried removing the ram and putting it back again but still fail.

Peter Eduard: Product not working!!! Laptop turns on but with a black screen. First I have tried to install it together with my old Ram, not working, then tried to install it alone without my old Ram, not working, then tried to put back my old Ram alone and it does work. Obviously the problem is with this product, won't even bother returning it.
