I have used Omron monitors in the past and this one is on or near the same quality for considerably less cost. The armband has good quality material and is easy to put on and take off. The display is easy to read.
The monitor only uses 4 AA batteries and does not use AC outlet power. That is fine for me but it may be a factor for you depending on your preference.
The con is that it was shipped in its actual product box with no external Amazon box. It could have easily been damaged in shipping (but luckily it was not).

I’m a senior citizen. I have used wrist BP monitors at home for decades due to their obvious “ease of use”. My doctor preferred & recommended that I purchase & use an upper arm BP monitor instead to obtain more accurate BP readings. My cousin uses this exact same A&D Medical UA-651BLE wireless (battery operated) upper arm BP monitor and she recommended it to me. I still find home arm BP monitors more difficult & time consuming to use BUT accuracy is more important due to health issues. I had to try pairing my BP monitor unit twice to Bluetooth but it was probably something I did incorrectly. I got it set up and my BP reading history is also now available on my smartphone. (Convenient to have BP reading history available for doctor office visits.) The upper arm cuff of my new unit fits small through wide arm circumferences. It squeezes very tight before releasing. Everything seems to be working fine. My new Arm BP monitor is definitely giving a more accurate reading than my old wrist unit. That was the objective. This unit was reasonably priced under $60. I’m pleased.

Habe dieses Gerät gekauft wegen der Kompatibilität mit Samsung Health App. Ja es funktioniert. Daten werden übertragen. Die Kopplung mit dem Smartphone war nicht einfach. Ich hab tausendmal das Pairing Bluetooth durchgeführt bis es geklappt hat.
Bei ca 4 von 10 Messungen erkennt das Gerät den Blutdruck nicht. Das ist so schmerzhaft dass ich das Gerät gar nicht mehr nutze und ein anderes Blutsruckgerät gekauft habe. Das andere ist leider nicht mit Samsung Health kompatibel aber hat seine eigene App. Definitiv zu teuer für die schlechte Performance. Und die Lieferzeit war mehr als 1.5 Monate, das war sehr nervig.

I did a a lot of research before buying the A&D Medical Deluxe.... My Prior BP monitor was from Microlife bought at Costco, Microlife was very inconsistent in its readings within the same sitting forced me take measurements 1/2 dozen times to get what i thought was accurate... Naturally all our BP very greatly with stress and taking them at different times but this was just bad.
This time I spent a lot of time looking prior to making the purchase. ** The A&D Medical BP monitor is fast, accurate, and successfully sends the results to my Iphone 6 (currently running IOS 9.2). The BP cuff just slips over your arm and is easy to tighten *** It also does not get too tight as some cuffs do, its pretty gentle.
Info and Research for others:
As your probably aware one should avoid wrist monitors as they are much less accurate. Now a days you can get BP monitors that simply measure BP and Heart Rate. Ones that can be manually hooked up to a computer to download results (too much trouble at least for me). And of course now there are ones with bluetooth that can send results to your phone for review by yourself or your doctor.
