At first, I wasn’t sure how I would inflate the ball because I thought the tube was too big for the plastic insert. But after scrolling through several comments, I realized that the plastic was actually the plug. So I pushed it out and it worked. The only thing to be prepared for, is the air comes out so quick so be ready to insert the plug immediately.

Can't say the quality of the ball because it came with a straw that would never be able to fit the valve, what a waste of my time!
No instruction and figured out that the valve cover WITH the hole in it comes out and was able to inflate it.
Has a strong chemical smell like many Chinese products, revised my rating to 4 stars.

I'm glad to have my own fitness ball so I don't have to use the shared balls at the gym. This is a distinct color (got the yellow) with a very slight texture for grip. Easy to inflate to the firmness you prefer.
