Matthew M. Davis: Love this cookbook! We’ll written, easy to follow, and delicious recipes. My wife and I have tried 6 or 7 different recipes and all were winners. Definitely recommend if you are interested in wok cooking or healthy eating. Pair with a rice cooker!

Sanaa R.Sanaa R.: I bought this cookbook cause I had just bought a wok and I wanted to use or more like cook correctly with it. So I did my research on finding the right cookbook. Beginner or not. Maybe you just want to improve on your cooking or on some Asian cuisines, this is a must get! The pictures I put were the last 3 meals I made for my family. All fresh ingredients but I did substitute. Vegetarian Oyster Sauce for Oyster Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar for Shaoxing Rice Wine, Avocado Oil for Olive Oil and Coconut Amino for Soy Sauce. (But on the three pictures I included, only for the Beef and Broccoli I used the Coconut Amino but I didn't use/have the hoisin sauce.) I would definitely recommend getting this book!

Bo Jangles: It's a good little cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and don't call for anything too exotic (main reason I wanted this book). I especially like that it offers a list of substitutions for certain ingredients if you're missing something. Only thing I dislike is that there are no pictures associated with the recipes. It's not a deal-breaker, but I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned in any of the reviews I read prior to purchasing. For me, pictures help with presentation and having an idea what to expect at first-glance. Other than that - I like it!

Gary Bastoky: I've been using a wok and cooking my version of Chinese food (from an old cookbook) since the 70s and was fairly pleased with the results, but never progressed much into more complex dishes. This cookbook book renewed by interest in cooking Asian dishes. The information on different types of ingredients had me looking for the best quality sauces, spices, etc., which completely changed and improve my cooking. I'm using recipes from it at least 5 days a week and eating healthy, very tasty food and expanding my horizons. It's exactly what I wanted!
