Assembly would be much easier with 2 people but was able to do it by myself (just a girl and a wall). Recommend putting the cloth shade part on before attaching the roof (makes sense when you read the instructions).

MarcusMarcus: For the price the canvas top is decent quality. It's sturdy and it's kept me out of the rain. The down side is the LEDs are magnet and don't stick that well. They also require batteries. Once powered they do the job for what they are.

Mary: I don’t like that when it rains the water pools on the canvas instead of running off even though we tightened the canvas. Other than that we love the Grill Gazebo.

dodgeramgirl35dodgeramgirl35: The media could not be loaded. This looks nice and it’s big enough for a grill. It’s on the flimsy side, but sturdy enough for a longer term temporary grill shelter. Overall, I still would’ve been happy at this point for the price. However, we are not even through our first summer using it and are already having issues with the canvas cover. Whenever it rains, the water doesn’t run off one side for some reason. Instead the water collects on the top, and then weighs down the cover, creating a well in the canvas inside the frame instead of running off the edge like it’s supposed to. We’re constantly having to tip the cover to drain the water off the top. This is not realistic since we cant always get to it in time. We now have a permanent well in the cover from where it’s constantly being weighed down and stretched due to the weight of the water. The canvas is permanently stretched, perpetuating a cycle by filling up with water from here on out. That cover is ruined since we will always have this problem now. Without a cover, the whole thing is useless. It didn’t even make it one summer.

Amazon Customer: I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward and easy it was to assemble the bbq gazebo! I took my time and got the whole thing together, by myself, in under 2 hours. It would have gone quicker with 2 people, but it can be done alone! All the pieces fit together well and I'm hoping to get a few good years out of it. Mine is situated on a cement pad, so THAT was where my problem was...anchoring into the cement. I had to use special screws, not provided, but other than that, all went well! It's already survived 2 major storms in it's first 2 weeks!! I would recommend this product for the price!

Tina STina S: Was looking for a smaller gazebo to put outside sliding doors as roof overhang doesn’t cover full area. After reviewing many decided to try this one. I couldn’t be happier! With the given dimensions had thought I would be installing two of the legs into the raised brick flower bed, however the 5’x8’ dimension includes the roof overhang and the two shelves. The leg dimensions (base) are 52.5” x 83.5” so it fit my concrete area flawlessly.
The parts are solid and well made; was easy to put together (did by myself); and the hardware (3rd pic) makes the assembly very easy. Also includes metal pegs for securing the base into the ground/wood if was needed.
Unable to comment on how weather proof (rain etc) the gazebo canvas top is at this point but it does seem well made. Have plans to cover it with something additional (tarp) for winter, but I have full faith that the frame is durable enough to easily withstand a BC Okanagan winter.
Highly recommend!!!!!

Miss BMiss B: The media could not be loaded. I'm 5'4, 150 lbs and assembled this gazebo alone in about 45 mins. It was surprisingly one of the easiest things I've ever put together. The instructions were very clear and the screws were easy to use with no tool needed to tighten them. The step ladder wasn't used during assembly as it's not necessary. I was just too short to place the included magnetic lights on the highest point of the canopy where I wanted them. CON: I wish they had noted the exact size of the holes on the bottom of the legs. As you can see, I'm not keeping it on the grass and need to purchase bolts that I can drill into the concrete for sturdiness. It would have been nice to have that information available. I'm giving 4 stars because although the cover fits snug and looks nice, the fact that it just slips on the ends has me nervous about how easy it may be blown away in strong winds. If I can think of a visually appealing way to secure it to the top poles, I'll share by updating this review.

LDSLDS: Perfect fit to cover our patio table and bench.... under a tree so less rain protection and more bird related!

cgchucgchu: I had to get some kind of rain shelter for my grill so that I could do a brisket on a week with nothing but rain in the forecast. I found a lot of options that were comparably priced. In the end I went with this one because it's rating was decent and most of the bad reviews, I could easily attribute to one off issues. Here's the experience I had with the one they delivered to me. First off, I assembled this by myself. It's not terribly hard to do but you will need a step ladder to install the canopies, especially the upper one. Speaking of the upper one, mine had a weird triangle perforation on it... you can actually see the light coming through it (see my first photo). I sprayed it with a couple of coats of waterproof spray sealant and it appears to be doing fine... just wish the holes weren't there to begin with. My second issue was with one of the T connectors that get mounted to the middle of the frame to support the lower canopy (there one for the middle of each of the longer sides). I'm not sure if you can tell from my photo (see my second photo), but the tube portion that forms the vertical bar of the "T", wasn't flush with the other piece when they spot welded it. As a...

Amazon Customer: Easy to set up every part is marked well. You use wing nut style bolts to assemble it, so no special tools are required.
The canopy comes off easily. The thing I like the most is that you can get a replacement top when needed. I didn’t rate durability because I have only used it for 5 months so far.
