Shan: Awesome product! So easy to use and has a gentle smooth glide when piercing, not rough and glitchy like some making it harder to pierce correctly. They do give instructions in the description and I would recommend cleaning the ear with alcohol first then using a washable marker color and putting a dot on the front and back of the ear, especially if piercing the upper part of the ear, then aligning the tool to the dots. Also clean with alcohol after piercing.
