By The Beach: Of course Hefty has great bags!
However, just once I would like Amazon to properly package & ship anything that is sold in the mfg boxes! Every single product that is mfg in a box comes to my door crushed because it’s either shipped in a bag & or in a huge box with huge items that also crush them because there is literally no packing!!! So, as a result, I am canceling all of my “subscription” products & will purchase through another retailer. Amazon is not what it used to be! Pay more $$$ every year & get a lot less quality in return!!! Time to rethink this membership!

pleinelune: I was using Ziploc. TOO many food items ruined, got freezer burn or went stale because the ZIP wouldn't stay zipped. Even when I went over it (often it seemed zipped, I would have to run my nail over it THREE times and I would still double check no gaps), I've had them open in the freezer and RUIN food.

At least with these slider bags, I can tell right away if one doesn't close, I mean, every once in a while you can get one that's not perfect, but as long as I don't overfill, these are MUCH more reliable than the zip ones.

WildCatHockey_17: If you are not used to things in imperial you may get confused about the sizes like myself, so its the size of a Ziplock Sandwich bag. We don’t have these bags in stores in Canada so I am greatful I found them because ziplock is getting cheap!

Ally CatAlly Cat: Box arrived squished, but everything inside was undamaged. The tabs slide well and the plastic is thicker than another well known brand I've used. Price wise, it was a tad on the more expensive side, but that's beacuse I normally dont spend $12 for plastic bags. I usally get these things at the dollar store, but since it came in a 78 count, I figure it's a good deal since the dollar store doesn't sell them in large amounts.
