Rose L.: I tried different brands and all the popular ones that are highly chemical and supposed to make it all shine and so on leave a very strong smell whereas this one does the job brilliantly and is biodegradable plus does not leave a super strong smell, everything is clean and I cannot find any downside at all.

The dishes come out clean, much better than a couple of non-eco friendly alternatives we've tried using the same dishwasher.
I like the "all-in-one" combo (the salt and the rinse materials).
For us the eco-friendliness was a consideration -- I hope that it is really better than the alternatives in this respect
