CH: This item works great! I had tried different detergents and the dishes weren’t looking great after. Once I used this in addition to the detergent, my husband and I both noticed a huge difference (and less additional hand washing after). We will be using this for forever now. Jessie: I used this for the first time and it is amazing how dry and spot free my dishes are!! I didn’t grow up using dishwashers but as an adult I’ve had one for years. I have always had tons of spots and soo much water left on my dishes. I am very excited about this product! I’ll be able to put my dishes away a lot sooner and not worry about them looking dirty with water spots.
For any new users like me…you put it in the jet dry area in your dishwasher and fill it up. You don’t need to do it every time like with detergent. I had no idea and am pretty excited about that!

Michele: The bottle was tiny and way over priced!! You can purchase a large bottle for less then this little one. Very disappointing and picture was very misleading.

If you have a decent dishwasher, you can make this last for months. I've had it for about a month and have only topped it off once at about 3/4 full.
When convenient, I think I will explore other options. However, I won't go out of my way to replace it since it does a good enough job of what I expected.
