Hotrod: The first thing I noticed was the actual spinner is rather small, it's the correct measurement as advertised but has a small appearance in person. The pole is not bad, I used teflon tape on the threads as they are a bit rough when assembling them. There is a bearing on the spinner so it rotates easily, however the one I received is so out of balance it would wobble horribly when spinning. I had to tape a 1/2 oz fishing weight to the back of one of the pedals to help balance it. I would not purchase another.

YomanneYomanne: The wind spinner arrived well packaged and in good shape. Very easy to assemble and the bearing appears to be good quality. It spins extremely easy, which made it obvious from the beginning just how much it was out of balance. Really surprised balancing weights are not included - similar to what you might get with a new ceiling fan. Even spinning slowly, it wobbled so bad I was afraid it was going to shake itself apart. This was easily fixed by balancing the spinner using a couple of nuts. I first taped them in place (on the back side) until I was sure they were in the right place. Then I permanently attached them with all weather adhesive (see photo). Spinner now spins very smooth with no vibration.

The leg is comprised of several sections that screw together, which is very convenient for adjusting the overall height. I removed one of the sections which lowered the height 13-3/4". This also helps make it more stable when the wind is blowing hard. The picture of the spinner in the hostas has one section removed.

It will be interesting to see how long the spinner holds together. It spins REALLY fast when the wind picks up. Very fun to watch and so far, I'm pleased.

Der Aufbau war schnell und einfach.
Mir gefällt das Windrad sehr gut und es handelt sich um eine gute Qualität.
Leider ist es heute nicht windig, sodass es sich noch nicht von alleine dreht.
Kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
Die Höhe ist verstellbar da es sich um.4 Stäbe handelt die zusammen geschraubt werden.
