I was really impressed with the attention to detail in the way it was packaged with protective sleeves on both ends and little temporary plastic caps screwed into each end to keep the gaskets in and the ends in place. It even came with a tiny roll of Teflon tape and an extra gasket. I couldn't be more pleased.

Rustyshark: Excellent replacement product but I had to use the clear plastic sleeve on the shower-head end on the hose, which I think is used for packing, to take up the difference in the smaller diameter fitting, so the handle would fit securely in the holder. Very happy!!!

Jeff: 1.) Fits PERFECTLY on my existing 2pc shower head. Somehow during moving the line for the handheld head got damaged and more water was coming out the back than the front of the head. This solved that immediately. Screwed it on, tightened it.. perfect.
2.) It's significantly more flexible than the previous line which is quite nice.
3.) It looks fantastic. You tend to forget just how good something looked when it was new after you've had it for a while.
4.) There's really not much more to say, it's a flexible metal hose for a shower and it does the one thing it's designed to do quite well.

Denise: We got this longer one to make it easier to wash the dogs in the bath tub and it works perfectly. It doesn’t cut the water pressure at all. It’s light weight so easy to use for child or elderly. It fits good and doesn’t kink.
