Elaine: We made mini cherry pies in these, and they worked great on a standard baking sheet. Pies came out nice; tins held up fine.

BJK: These were recommended to me by someone who bakes a lot and she loves them. However, for me I felt like they had a little too much “give.” I will use them but will try to find more sturdy ones next time. They are way better than some others, just not quite the strength I was looking for because I like them fully “buckle proof” in the middle. Still a good value for the quality however.

They are tart tins, I made tarts with them.....hard to go wrong when using a product as intended.
