ChristinaChristina: I bought these to make pot pies to put in the freezer and to use for pie gifts to neighbors and friends. They really are great little pie pans. I made some mini strawberry pies upon receiving these and they turned out great. I measured and these hold about one cup (235ml/8oz) of fluid. They are 5" at the top and 3" at the bottom. They are also made in the USA, which is always a plus. I tested the strength of the aluminum with a fork and they were quite sturdy for disposable pans. It took a decent amount of effort to break through. Glad I chose this particular brand. I read a lot of reviews and I think these are some of the best ones you can buy on Amazon. Also, for anyone curious, I found that a recipe for a graham cracker crust for a 9" pie pan fills 5 of these mini pie pans.

Bryan A Mayadas: If you have a 7 year old and for their birthday party they requested to be pied in the face, these are just about the ideal size for their small faces.
Things to note:
These hold whipped cream quite well, and we were able to reuse them for several rounds. This is what happens when you buy 9 cans of whipped cream.
Best way to use: Have the other children line up and fill the whipped cream when they're in line. Having 2 or even 3 adults to do this is optimal so that the children can keep slinging those tins.
Don't prefill the tins. They can hold a surprising amount of whipped cream, but the cream doesn't hold it's shape and you'll find that you're going to have to redo them.

We used all the tins, but if you're reusing, 50 is really far too many. Don't be wasteful like we were. Maybe actually bake some mini pies using them. That being said, they do wash well, so if you're waiting for that 8th birthday, they might come in handy.

Connie ODonnell: As described, pans are good quality however not the size I was hoping for to make small meat pies. A little too narrow, a little too deep. The perfect size which I had no trouble finding in the grocery stores now seems to be impossible to find. Will keep on looking...

Amazon Customer: Our niece requested I make miniature pies for her graduation celebration in place of cupcakes. And rather wait til the last minute, I went ahead and purchased them 2 weeks ago. They arrived timely and although the bottom two pie pans were slightly dented, it was no big deal since no one would see them after the pies were baked, right. To make my baking easier, I placed the pies on a cookie sheet to bake. I just finished baking almost 100 miniature pies and they turned out beautiful. Note: these are a bit big for individual servings but I wanted everyone to taste plenty of pie filling and that is the reason I chose this size and not a pie pan slightly smaller.
