Noah W.Noah W.: I love this mug. In Christmas of 2021, my friend received one of the 50oz mugs as a white elephant gift, and has since used the mug daily for 2 years. I decided to buy him a replacement since he lost his straw, and the outside of it was a little dinged up. I ended up buying myself a 32 oz one as well!

Upon receiving my mug, I noticed the small rubber gasket around the lid was warped and didn't make a good seal. I contacted the company straight from their website, and within a week they sent me 4 replacement gaskets. They were extremely professional, polite, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this manufacturer. My friend and I use our new mugs daily, and I'll definitely be buying another when mine gets worn out 3 years from now! 😂 fully recommend!

MACVSOG: Der Becher ist Top Qualität, sehr Stabil.
Ich benütze ihn nur für kühle Getränke, ich kann nicht genau sagen wie lange er Getränke kühl hält, aber es sind mehrere Stunden. 👍🏻
Ich bin überaus zufrieden.
Da man so einen Becher, nur in USA bestellen kann, ist der Preis Leider auch höher, macht aber eigentlich nichts aus, denn wie gesagt: die Qualität und Stabilität ist einfach nur Top 👍🏻.
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Aardvark: I originally purchased this product in June of '22. I have been very pleased with it. However, around September of '23 the tumbler no longer kept drinks cold for extended periods of time. Prior to this, I could have an iced drink in the evening and the next morning there would still be a full tumbler of ice. Now the tumbler acts like a normal drinking glass, ice melts in just a couple of hours. I suspect that the vacuum seal has been compromised.

I contacted Reduce as this product has a lifetime guarantee. After giving them the details and submitting pictures, they promptly sent out a replacement tumbler. I would purchase additional products from this vendor.

J K Madrigal: For years I was just using a plastic tumbler with a straw until it finally became too icky to clean anymore. I decided to finally invest in something better. Enter this wonderful container made from stainless steal. It’s a hefty size but not too hard to lug around but here’s the best part that made me a fan for life. On a pretty hot day last month I filled it with ice and water and then got busy doing something else. I left it on the table and didn’t realize it until the next morning. I took the cap off expecting the ice to be melted and the water to be warm. NOPE! Unbelievably , the ice had not melted and the water was ice cold. I kid you not. I believe it keeps hot drinks hot as well but I didn’t buy it for that. Anyway, I’m really impressed with this thing. Mind blown. And it is dishwasher friendly. Comes with a reusable straw. I love this thing. You will, too.

Lo compre como obsequio pero lo termine usando yo.
Puedo asegurarles que el hielo le durará más de 24 horas, aun con el clima de playa.

A pesar de dejar mi Reduce bajo el sol cerquita de la alberca, ratos solo la tapa se calentaba pero mi bebida seguía ultra fria y con hielo.

Me encantó fue que apesar de su peso lo pude transportar de lado a lado sin derramar llevándolo como maletín por su asa.

Realmente 1000/10.
Super recomiendo.

Okay, but seriously, this mug is amazing. So I bought my first 50oz Reduce mug at the end of 2020 in the plain stainless steel, because it turned out I'm a mighty kidney stone maker and my urologist told me I needed to seriously work on my hydration. The thing is, I'm kind of finicky about my water. I can't drink it if it's not VERY COLD. Lukewarm water makes me 🤢. Also, I don't like refilling again and again throughout the day. So I needed something that could bring me very cold water, pleasant to drink, all day. The reviews on this mug looked promising, and since it can hold 50oz, I thought it seemed like a good idea. When it arrived, I washed it, loaded it with ice water, and promptly fell in love. This thing can hold the cold FOREVER. Okay not literally forever, but for a solid 12 hours or more.
