Christian: Die Messer sehen wirklich gut aus, Griff fühlt sich wertig an, sie liegen gut in der Hand, haben ein angenehmes Gewicht. Die Messer sind magnetisch (bei der Fragen-Rubrik gab es Meldungen, dass sie das nicht seien).
Allzu scharf sind die Klingen allerdings nicht, habe sie gleich nach Erhalt mit dem Horl2 nachgeschärft. Auch bin ich mir nicht wirklich sicher, ob die 13-15° Kantenschliff, die in der Produktbeschreibung stehn, auch wirklich stimmen. Mit dem Horl kann man auf 15° schleifen und das dauerte doch einige Zeit.
Die schwarzen Klingen wirken je nach Lichteinfall eher bräunlich. Leider ist diese Beschichtung sehr heikel und verkratzt sehr schnell.
Alles in allem sehr wertige Messer, die ihr Geld wert sind. Man sollte aber einen guten Klingenschleifer parat haben.

Chou-ChouChou-Chou: Gute Messer sind teuer, oft viele hundert Euro, aber im Privat Haushalt und gelegentlichem kochen müssen die Profi Teile nicht sein. Dennoch wollte ich nicht die dünnen mit 'Zitterklinge', sondern schon welche, mit denen gutes Arbeiten möglich ist.
Also diese hier bestellt: Lieferung ging schnell, komplett floilierte Box, die recht edel daher kommt, aufgeklappt liegt eine Beschreibung anbei und dann die Messer in einer Art Weichschaumgummi. Der Klingenschutz anbei und ja, durchaus sinnvoll, denn die Dinger schneiden wie luzy.
Der Griff ist haptisch ok, allerdings für mich ein Tickchen zu dick.
Bin gespannt, wie lang ich daran Freude habe.
