RubberCheeseRubberCheese: This 5-pack of batteries was the best price per unit of CR1620 battery I could find for brand-name batteries.
I used two of them to replace existing batteries in our Subaru keyfob; both batteries work as expected and significantly increased the range of the dying batteries they replaced (as expected).
I found that the blister packs were stronger than I’m used to – I had to pierce the packaing with a sharp object to get the battery out.

Denis Fournier: Went to 6 stores, 4 Shoppers a Canadian Tire and a grocery store….. they were all sold out. Got next day delivery and replaced the battery in my car key fob.
Didn’t need that many but for the price and reviews of some dead batteries it was worth the bucks.

KP: I ordered 5 pack for my car fob. I received 5 batteries and they have a shelf life of 17 months. I would not buy from this seller again.
I don't recommend purchasing from this seller unless expiration date is provided in the description.

M and B Tupper: Got the battery for our car electronic key fob. Stopped working with the old battery. Works fine with this new one. What more is to say? A meaningful review would be one written at the end of the battery's life which would report on its duration of service, but by then no one remembers where they should be sending such a review to report on the quality of the Maxell brand.

J. Dub: Due to another accident (sigh), I am borrowing my mom and sister's spare vehicles. I switch them out to keep both in steady movement. To that end, I got spoiled by my last car's comfort access. Keeping my keys in my pocket ensured that they are less likely to get misplaced by myself. I have had to get used to actually using a key/keyfob to lock/unlock the doors and stick them in the ignition. My mom's spare key had a dead battery. As I have so many different batteries, I was sure that one would work. To my chagrin, I did not. I didn't want to pay for just one expensive battery when a pack costs far less! Maxell is a good well-known brand, so I had no doubt that it would work. Initially, the car wasn't responding to button presses. It started working normally once I used in the car. Having a pack means that she doesn't have to go buy/replace the battery. The fob range isn't stellar. but that is unrelated to the battery.
