Granny Gems: I purchased this version because I usually add garlic to the original ghee butter by this company and wanted to try it out. It's delicious, but it does limit you to just meats, veggies that you cook so it's not as useful as the original ghee for me. It's not good for desserts, waffles, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, etc. so I'll enjoy it for pasta, chicken, turkey, seafood on those occasions. It's expensive, but convenient and fresh without having to keep it in the refrigerator also. I also appreciated the glass container and it was well packaged with bubble wrap and arrived safely. It's definitely handy to have when I run out of fresh garlic or leeks! I am becoming more of a fan the more I buy it. lol
