The product stop powering/turning on after 24 day upon received from the mail. And that is just when the return window closes. Return window should be at leased 30 days from delivery and not date from online purchase due to shipping time. Please consider replacing the item.

At first I started getting flashbacks from using a flamethrower in Vietnam but then I remembered that the VN Conflict is over. Anyway, this bug zapper turns flies into crispy critters and does it quickly! I counted 5 little fly bodies on the bottom of the zapper cage within the first minute of plugging it in. Our nasty little stinging gnats love the 'blue light special' too and like the flies, our gnats can't resist that blue light. They land close to it, get mesmerized by the blue glow and then dive into the Bug Holocaust like fearless WWII Kamakazi pilots. Sayonara Baby!

I bought 3 bug zappers before this, none of them are really work. Either not killing the bugs or not attracting the them, until I found this one. Life saver and did great jobs. Althrough its desige for outdoor, I perfer use indoor and no problem. you pay what you gain, and compare to others, high voltage is the key! Will buy more when close to autunm.
