Erika SteinerErika Steiner: Easy enough to install (recessed). It looks nice on its own, but I decided to build a frame around it to give it a cozier appearance. The heat output isn't fantastic, but acceptable. Also, I really hope this isn't a hazard, but I think crystals make it look "cheap" so I went to the dollar store and got rocks, potpourri and mini pine cones and think it looks a lot better. If you want a crackle sound get a mini bluetooth speaker and find a sound effect on youtube. Works like a charm :)

Fox: 42 inch. Im happy with the heat output coming from the top front vs others that come from the upper top. The look and adjustment of each bed and flame color is nice and installation wasnt too hard as long as you have the right tools and know how. Came with everything needed for wall mount and seems pretty sturdy. Only wish the heat output vent had a bit more blowing power to push the heat out more into the room but it does a decent job for what it is.

Rob B.Rob B.: this fireplace is awesome...it has so many colors and adjustments you can make to suit your mood or whatever...i also like that there is a master switch that is sort of hidden., so if the grandkids were to get a hold of the remote it will not work until you flip the switch... it was easy to install in this custom entertainment center that i built around the firebox...it looks great and works great...get yourself one...you won't regret it.

#happyjaffes: Item was well packed, attractive and arrived in perfect condition. Was able to install it by myself tho it would be easier with two people. I took my time and marked out all the bracket holes and used my own toggle bolts for stability though the ones that came with it should be ok since there are 5 holes. It's not extremely heavy. It worked out of the box and I tested every function. Lots of colors to choose from and color combos for the glass stones and flames. I am happy with the standard orange colors for glass bed and flames. You really need to stand a little bit away and it looks realistic. I wouldn't recommend installing a couple feet from the sitting area. It's all about the illusion. It would be nice if there was an option for log decoration like some of the competition.
Installed in a smallish room less than 100 SF and the room heated up right away with the low setting. All in all a nice product if it holds up over time.

Kindle CustomerM.Onodera: Great little fireplace for our bedroom. The LED lighting is very pretty. Heat output is reasonable and the remote works everything. We had this fireplace for several months before installing it and it wasn't difficult to install. The fireplace fan stopped working the second day of use and the heating element began to smoke. Fortunately we were able to shut it off before there was any major damage. I contacted Amazon and they initialized contact with the distributor. I was contacted by the distributor promptly and even though it had been several months since I purchased the unit, the company sent a replacement unit at no charge. The replacement unit works flawlessly. We're very happy with our R.W. Flame fireplace
