Danielle: While this scale works well and is easy to use, something to be aware of is you have to switch it to pounds every time you use it (unless mine is just defective). So far, every time I've tapped it to activate it, it has reset to kilograms. The button to fix this is on the bottom of the scale, which means I have to tap it on, flip it over, push the button, and then put it down every time I use it. This isn't a huge deal, just something I think people should know before purchasing.

John: I purchased this scale and it worked great. About 6 months after purchasing it just stopped working on me. After some quick trouble shooting with no luck I messaged the seller and explained my issue. The seller responded very quickly and within a day or two I had a new scale that works great. In addition, the seller sent me a follow up message to make sure I was satisfied. All in all, a great experience.

Nadezhda Karaseva: The scale stopped working after six months of use.
UPDATE: The manufacture contacted me and offered to replace the scale. This was after my return period. The new one works great and looks great. I think they went out of their way to make me happy with their product. Great customer service. As a result I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars.

Kathy: So happily surprised when she let me try it. This was a holiday gift for my daughter. With so many scale choices I was a bit 'gift' nervous because no matter how careful I try to be, sometimes disappointment can happen with any item ordered online with any company.
This scale is beautiful and sleek looking along with readout numbers that are bright, clear and large enough even for my eyes. The scale size itself is perfect...just large enough to stand very comfortably. I didn't need the BMI or other weight readout statistics (as many other scales have) because with her tech preferences I thought that she'd like to choose from one of many body read apps herself.
Bottom line, I'm going to take care of my weight scale envy :) by checking in on Prime Day 2021 to see if it might go on sale again as I'd like to buy this exact item again but for myself! Anyway my daughter was very pleased and that's what counts.
