BawsMom: I actually purchased this for my ferrets. The tubes made for them always fall apart after some time, my girls can be destructive with the claws and teeth, but they can’t puncture this one and it’s larger so more space for both of them to play inside.

Larry: I was a bit skeptical when I first purchased this hose. I have had other brands that appear similar to this one but boy was I wrong. This one fits snugly on all my 4” connections and is very flexible. It holds up nice to my 3hp dust collector and does a great job. I will definitely be purchasing more of this hose in the future as my needs arise.

P. Will: I was tired of using the short and extremely expensive 7' long billy goat lawn vacuum hose. I bought the 20' hose and used it yesterday and it worked great for cleaning leaves out of bushes. This hose is lighter gauge vinyl than the billy goat hose, so I expect some tearing over time near the ends, but I figure with 20' to work with, I can just trim the bad ends off and keep using the hose. 20' is overkill and hard to store on the billy goat unit. The suction helps keep the hose constricted in length a bit, but once the suction is off, the 20' hose is a bit unwieldy to keep on the unit. Still, I would buy this length again and plan on removing the hose and using the green plastic hose outlet cover cap when I am using the billy goat for lawn leaf vacuuming vs bush vacuuming when I will need to put the hose back on. I plan on being as gentle as I can be with the hose (never pull the Billy Goat unit around by the hose or you will certainly rip the hose) and avoid sucking up oversize sharp sticks in the hose to reduce the risk of puncture. RD Elson: The vinyl could be twice as thick to add durability. The pipe shrinks to straight between the collect and the tool which reduces the inside pipe diameter and produces unnecessary flexing of the vinyl. The pipe still works but don’t know how long it will last before developing rub hole leaks.
