Designer: The spigot by itself leaked from the rubber gaskets. When I disassembled and used the PTFE tape (which contrary to the product photos DID come in the package), gasket stopped leaking. The spigot itself is sturdier than the one I had been using, so I'm pleased by that. Gave it 4 stars because the parts by themselves would leak without the tape.

Eshika Barua: Our Brita filter didn’t even last a year before it started to drip water everywhere. We were planning on replacing it completely when I came across this product. I was skeptical if it will actually work or will start dripping after the return window will close but to my amaze I was wrong. It has been 3 months or so and there is completely no issue. Fits perfectly and functions well as well. Very satisfied!

AZIMMERMAN: I needed a replacement for my 5-gallon Igloo. This seemed to fit the bill - and getting four lower than the price of the last single one I had to purchase? Seemed worth the risk of trying these. They are better than I was expecting. Almost on par with the last unit that I had in the cooler. Only noticeable difference was with the interior stopper - the plunger isn't as hard of a silicone-type material as I had in the last dispenser. Long-term it may not last as long - hard to tell right now. I find disassembly of this new nozzle is easier to clean though - and that's a plus too.

Lauren Craig: Make sure you check out the length of the threaded base before you purchase. Only problem is you have to take apart the cooler before you order. They had very good measurements.
