Amazon Customer: I just tossed it over a limb and looped it through. So easy to install. Depending on your tree you might need a ladder. I used a step stool. Husband might have to move it to a higher limb as the kids age but for a 4 year old it’s perfect.

NanaNana: A little confusing to install. I am not sure of the purpose of the double strap on the one end. It does not really form a loop as the instruction picture shows and we were confused as to exactly look the strap over the limb. We figured it our somehow and got it going. The strap itself is very heavy, thick strapping. I believe it will hold up well. At first we thought this was too short for our use. (I did not account for the amount that would be looped over the tree limb) so our circular tree net swing ended up being about 4 feet off the ground. We have to lift the kids (4yr and 2 yr) up to it. However, after using it, we like it being above the ground (for now) because it can be used without knocking out the dog and little brother, who can walk right under it, and we can send it in all directions without hitting the tree trunk. The 4yr old is in love with the swing. She said, "I could stay on this all day!" She laughed and giggled like never before. After about 10 minutes of doing big circle swings, she dismounted and started walking like a drunken sailor. She looked a little green when she plopped down in daddy's lap.
