NazNaz: Although I try to avoid gelatin in my baking projects, sometimes that is all you need. And when it comes to gelatin, you know you can trust Knox. It never lets me down in the most complex recipes whether it's a a mousse cake, or glassy chocolate glaze or entremets. And since I don't need it in large quantities, the individually packaged packs make it easy for me to store and use them.
