Bee: I travel with my own coffee make and so I bought one of these to replace the breakable glass carafe. As time passed, my in-house coffee maker's glass carafe met an untimely end and so I replaced it with my trusty travel Milan carafe, and ordered more to keep in my pantry, just in case. I have also gifted this to relatives whose glass carafes have broken. I don't think we'll ever go back to glass again.
