Consumer Camper: I assembled the ends onto the handrail pipe before attempting to install it to the wall. The ends were about 70 degrees off when assembled hand tight. With the assistance of another person I was able to tighten the ends to match each other. After assembling, lay the wall mount ends on the floor to determine what it will take to have both ends be flat when contacting the floor. That way the ends will be flat on the wall the handrail is to be mounted on. If tightening does not appear to be a good option you may have to loosen one end to have it match the other. Wall anchors are included. A drill will be needed to make holes for the wall anchors. A stud finder with an electric wiring sensor would also be helpful.

Teri Schmeling: Handrails are solid, look good, and work well. However, use your own anchors. The anchors they send are extremely cheap and I wouldn’t trust them to hold a small picture let along a handrail.

TTacomaTTacoma: Love this handrail; not too difficult to install. The drywall anchors that are provided with the handrail are worthless - didn't work at all! Luckily, I had some others to use that worked great - be warned. Other than that, it looks good and so far, it functions well.

Brad: I needed this handrail to finish off my deck project. My wife and I are in our mid-70’s, so I wanted something in addition to the wooden rail rail to actually grab on to. This one is only three feet. This unit is very sturdy, but I feel better that I installed it. Very good value, by the way.
