Lena: 85% of the time these are great. A few times I've gotten old product. But when it's fresh it's like candy. Fresh, crisp and sweet. Literally yummy enough to eat raw right after washing. Or very quickly flash blanched or sauteed for a minute or two and removed while still crisp and sweet. These are horrible when bought frozen.
