Aaron OwensAaron Owens: I installed this in the wall beneath my 85" TV. The install wasn't too bad. The harness that connects the glass with display was a real pain to disconnect by myself while holding up the glass. The harness retainer clips wouldn't let go to be able to separate them. Once I got it released, the installation went quickly. When the heat is on you can't hardly feel it. It took 2 hours to raise the temperature 2 degrees.

NikkiNikki: I love it! The heat is so warm, and the flame is beautiful. Not the most realistic but I love it. I don’t care for the blue, green etc flames, I like using the orange/yellow combo as it looks the most realistic. I also keep the crystals in the yellow. I wish there was a warm white instead of cool white to match my Christmas lights. I also wish you could just leave the crystal lights off and maybe put actual colored crystals in them to look more realistic but I still love it and would purchase again. Easy install. We built a wall and use brick panels to make a fireplace. We have gotten so many compliments on it. It totally transformed our space and elevated our living room. My kids love having their stocking hung 🥰 it just made our house a home!

Certified Shopaholic: Good fireplace. Excellent price and features. Color changing, remote, and good heat output makes this fireplace standout. Packaging was secured tightly. Directions were minimal but easy to follow.

I did not like the screws were tightened with an electric drill by the manufacturer . The install requires you to remove pre-drilled screws. I’m pretty strong and a standard screwdriver didn’t work. I had to purchase an electric drill to complete the project.

The remote isn’t fast like a television remote. You have to press the buttons a couple times. Two people would be ideal if you purchase a larger fireplace. I purchased the 50” installed it alone but it was difficult having to hold the fireplace and screw at the same time.

Pro tip: do not add rocks until mounted and done. My first install was uneven, had to take it down and stepping on those sharp glasslike rocks were painful. I read this in another review but overlooked it- big mistake.

The price of this brand is very suitable, so I chose this one. After I placed the order, I received the package in the third day after I placed the order. There is a manual, a remote control, and a bag of things similar to crystals in the box. After the simple installation was completed, I turned on the fireplace, as I said in the video, you have many choices of flame color, and you can change the background color and adjust the flame speed. It is looks very cool. And after about a few seconds, I felt the heat coming out of the fireplace. Also this fireplace has an automatic timing function, so when you go to bed at night, set it up, and when the time is up, the fireplace will automatically shut down, so you will sleep very comfortably. And the fireplace is very quiet, almost no noise, if you are not too close to the fireplace, you will not hear anything. So even if you use it in the bedroom, the noise of the fireplace will not affect your sleep.
 
Thus, I would definitely recommend you to buy this fireplace, it’s a cool product and super convenient...
