An Ordinary Gal:
The plastic bottom helps keep the boogie board from snapping in half. After a full day of use they held up well. We ordered 2; 1 of them , the foam is starting to peel a little, but nothing a little gorilla glue won't fix. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and plan to buy more as our kids grow and show interest in boogie boarding.
