Wolf Armor 33" to 41" Body Boarding Shield for Protection and Comfort

PegPeg: For a family vacation, I purchased 7 body boards/skim boards for my grandkids to play with at the beach. Had them directly mailed to the place we were staying so they were not opened and used until the day we arrived. Pictured above is a Wolf Armor 33-41” body board after only 2 days of use. All other boards I purchased were fine. The product info says there is a warranty: 100% refund or replacement if not completely satisfied. Apparently because I purchased in April and didn’t use until July, that is no longer applicable. I am unable to reach Amazon customer service because it’s no longer eligible for return or exchange, and their phone service is down. They also are not providing any product support so cannot reach company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASE OF THIS BRAND OF BODY BOARD

G Stauffer: My kids love the colors of this, and it is super sturdy - if I was going to do it over again, I would see about buying that's a bit smaller because this one seems heavy for my 7 year old daughter. Other than that, a decent board and it worked great for our trip to Florida.

SoFloGuySoFloGuy: Update 7/15/22—
The customer service department reached out and provided a replacement. They were very responsive and timely with replies. This is an important aspect when buying an online item with Amazon. Whether or not the seller answers messages or reads the feedback is very important when buying. They were very courteous and very eager to assist. As mentioned in the review of this board the issue is reference the graphics and not the integrity of the of the board which held up fine. I am not sure if this was an issue with the board I got but knowing the seller is there to provide assistance is worth an increase in the rating.

This boogie board structurally worked well and people of different heights (from the teenagers to the adults) were able to properly use it even though it’s a 41” size. However, it was very disappointing that after just an hour of use at the beach, the yellow graphic design peeled off and it now looks terrible! I feel that for the expensive price you pay there are tons of better options out there in the marketplace.

SuePandaSuePanda: Nice bright color and lightweight body board, came in with well packaging. There is even a paper with very detail instructions for the product and how to tide the leash. I picked the 33' one for my 5 years old. He is already standing on it pretending he is surfing in the ocean. We are so excited to bring it with us to our first beach trip after COVID. The bright color will be very easy to spot on the beach. And we are going to have so much fun with it.
