patious: I am shocked by this cup. I ordered it despite the bad reviews I read and I love it. its so cute and easy to use and clean. I will say when opening the lid the black rubber ring always seems like it wants to pop off but hasn't so far so i am very pleased with my purchase.

Amazon Customer: Love this cup. it keeps my water cold all day. Does not leak. It has the optional straw hole if you have a straw. It has a tight seal on the lid so if it tips over it will not leak. Good quality
