Amazon Customer: I like this garlic press because it works very well. It's easier to clean the part where there is garlic stuck to it because that part is a little basket that comes out. It has a high quality look and feel to it. One thing I was not thrilled about is that after just two uses, there was already a little bit of rust on part of it. But the rust is a part that never touches the garlic. It could be that only the parts that touch the garlic are rust-proof. I have been using it for months now and the rest is all good. I will update if anything changes.

David J. Gordon: My wife is a former chef and I'm a lifelong avid cook and this is *by far* the finest garlic press we have ever used. Virtually all of the garlic goes through the holes, there is *no* leakage around the edges of the plunger, and no residue left inside the chamber. The longer handles make it easier to use. We've tried lots of presses over the years and this is the best. I'd give it six stars if I could.

Carol O.: Using the garlic press was as you'd suspect, not to difficult. I did find that even though I ordered the medium, it was difficult to put in a large clove and insert the press. If there is a large, I recommend it. The removeable cap that you fill with garlic was handy, but getting the skin out of it was a bit of a pain. They give you a brush--I'm not sure why, it didn't help, so I rinsed it and that loosened the skin enough to pick out with finger. Hence, my 4 star rating.
