Roy S: I used this system for laying large format tile. They worked great providing proper spacing and making leveling the tiles much easier.
The method shown for removal was useless but, I found they came out fairly well using a pair of Channel Lock pliers with a wood paint stirrer as protection for the tile.
About 10% broke off above the tile but were easily cut off with a utility knife.

bee: less one star because a couple of the clips broke. I had to take off the tile and re apply mortar and Re install broken clip. overall good value for the cost.

Tyler Kershaw: Used ~20 so far, all broke off cleanly after thinset hardened ~24 hours. I bought undersize levelers so they would break easier. Some people even suggest bending them back and forth some before installing so it’s easier to break off later on. Also remember to keep your edges clean so when you set the tile the mortar doesn’t squeeze out into the grout line because that will make it hard to break off the leveling clip. Some people have issues with clips breaking above the tile. No problem with these for me at all. A+

Kailey: I wanted to tile my bathroom so badly and searching for a cost effective leveling system led me to this package.

My reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the fact that the clamp tool came with the back pusher crooked and when I snapped the clips and wedges out after tiling, a couple of them broke beyond the part where it's supposed to give you a "weak spot" for them to snap off cleanly. So for the crooked squeeze tool, when I would squeeze the wedge into the clip, it would go sideways but my husband helped me straighten it out and then it worked perfectly! And the pieces of the clips that didn't come out right, I just took a pair of pliers and grabbed onto the piece sticking up and pulled straight up with my foot right next to it on the line between the two tiles.

The clips and wedges were great, they didn't scratch my tiles, the tool was great to snug up the wedges (after I fixed it) and the pieces that didn't snap off right away I thought would be more of a hassle based on previous reviews but I I figured it all out and I even got a compliment from my husband on how good to bathroom floor looked. So this project was a win in my books.

Paul3: This is great tool for both DIY and pros to help you keep your grout spaces even and level the tiles by sinking them into the substrate. The plastic 'clips"dont break very easily, ive spent a few hours using a razpr knife to cut them out so i can sink more grout. Other than that, its an easy purchzse to help you keep your tiles level seated, and even.

SLCSLC: I’m a first time diy tiler. I used these for 8x30” porcelain plank tiles. These were amazing! Leveling the floor was accurate every time I cranked these. As someone with little experience tiling, I would never attempt tiling without these!

My only issue was completely user error but to warn others…some places I had too much thin set in the grout lines and while I took the time to clean up any thin set that came up between the grout lines, when I put the yellow block in and started squeezing the clicker tool, the thin set would come up between the yellow bar (mostly under the yellow block where I couldn’t see) and left thin set there to dry between the spaces of the clear clip. I realized this about half way through and was able to adjust and put less thin set where the grout lines were and the second half of the job had no issues. We tiled one weekend and then went to grout the following weekend. Had I known this would’ve happened beforehand, I would’ve taken these off the next day and scraped it out while the thin set was softer instead of letting it set and harden for a week. We were still able to scrape the thin set down far enough to grout but it added extra...
