Paul Stockford: I have plenty of experience cooking Chinese cuisine but I don't have a lot of time at the end of the day. This book does offer lots of recipes that are relatively quick to make. Just about all stir fry requires a lot of prep time up front then a short time to cook. This book is no different, but these recipes can be successfully prepared in the advertised time of 30 minutes or less.

EastTex Keith: Birthday present for wife, to go along with a new wok. She has made several of the recipes and they have been great. She likes how simple the recipes are and how you are taught what different ingredients do.

Gayle CrabtreeGayle Crabtree: The media could not be loaded. I bought it as a gift and am confident the recipient will love it. The recipes look to be within reach of anyone who has basic cooking skills. My only critique is that the book is light on photos. You can't get a feel for what the dishes are supposed to look like without them. Otherwise, it looks to be a good resource.
