Amazon Customer: After searching through many options for fan/light pulls, I am glad I ended up ordering these. Quality is great and they look stylish. I have had unprompted compliments on them which is funny to me that someone would notice a small detail like this! I cut one slightly longer so I know which is the light vs fan. They were easy to install but I did use a metal cutter to cut the length - not sure if a regular scissors would have donee it.

Rken: The ball is glass and a good size to grab. The 20” chain is long enough long if don’t have a very high ceiling,(but you can buy an extension) I wanted to add a little elegant touch to our bedroom fan and this works beautifully. It comes in a two pack and is a good value.
