My kiddo uses this chalk almost daily for gymnastics training at home. It really helps her grip the bar. It’s such high quality chalk that it is even used at her gym. Can’t recommend this brand more. We love it!

This is the brand they use at my daughter's gymnastics center and in team competition. So we also bought it for our home gym. My daughter likes it for uneven bars on gymnastics, and I find that it really enhances grip when doing bench, deadlift and rows with a barbell. All in all it seems like a good quality and reliable chalk.
I like that these can be bought individually. It takes very little chalk to improve grip on your hands, so it takes us months to work through a block of chalk. Being able to buy them individually as needed is handy.

This was not a true product when it arrived. It completely crumbled and was not suitable at all for gymnastics use! I sent it back straight away but am still waiting for my refund

This chalk works well. But, it does not hold together real well, -as in using the chalk block to chalk the bar. It is very soft and super fragile and breaks apart while rubbing the block across the bar...
But as a powder, it works very well.
Personally, I like doing both in a gym setting. This does a very good job chalking and is far less messy. -some gyms get sick of the typical meathead making a chalk mess of the platform, etc... Then, they eventually ban all use of chalk!
Good price, good product. Just wish the blocks were packed tighter and stayed together better.

Sadly this product did not hold up to our expectation. It did not adhere to the gymnastics bar, and is made a very slippery surface. With use of this chalk, an athlete flew off the bar ☹️
I’m not sure if it is composed of the magnesium carbonate it should be.
Sadly we have missed the window period for returning the product, as I had pre ordered in prep for the girls returning to gym.
