Eric Foss: My girlfriend has been eating these and I picked up the habit from her ... it's all her fault ... it couldn't possibly be my fault. :) These taste great but be ware, they are, at least for me, very addictive. I keep them on the headboard and eat them throughout the night, I should have no teeth left fairly soon. :) Love them.

eric: We used to buy Chocolate Necco Wafers at the Doral Hotel in Miami Beach when we would visit my grandmother (50 years ago). Was ecstatic to find them on Amazon. They are surprisingly chocolatey and delicious - much better than I remembered. They are also a fat free and quasi healthy snack. Chocolate Necco Wafers are my madeleine. Thank you!!

Melanie Painter: I love these candies. But when they were shipping they came to me with the candies all broke up. I looked at the box there nothings were delivered says handle will care or fragile. So I'm sure it was thrown all over.

Wayne Roberts: When I was a kid, I always waited for valentine's day to come because they would come out with a chocolate flavor of sweet hearts. I didn't enjoy the regular heart flavor, but the chocolate one was enjoyable. Eventually, they stopped making those hearts, along with necco wafers all together.

About 2 years ago, I learned that a chocolate necco wafer would taste the exact same as the hearts that I wanted so badly. The only problem is necco didn't exist as a company, until about a week later. I was overjoyed, and I bought a roll of wafers when I found them just so I could see if the chocolate was the same flavor.

Spoiler: it was.

My only problem is I could only buy necco wafers in the assorted packs, and not just the chocolate flavor I adore. I would end up wasting so many wafers, from licorice to clove. All that waste ended when I found this. I would gladly spend another 30 dollars plus tax to get a box when the current one I have runs out. I'm glad I'm able to have this flavor back in my life.

Overall, necco wafers are weird to eat, and maybe not the sweetest chocolate flavor I have had, but they're mine. And that's all I can ask for.

R. Ecker: Necco Wafers have been around, unchanged, for as long as I can remember. And that's a long time. I'm disabled and don't go to stores to shop. But it never occurred to me to seek out chocolate Necco Wafers in bulk. Imagine my surprise. I ordered them immediately and am not disappointed. The last thing I need is to keep a stash of fattening chocolates or even my favorite Dutch Mints, which don't last long, but these are perfect just to have something sweet after dinner or any time the sweet panic strikes. You can have one or ten (well, 20), but the point is, they're easy to manage and just hit the spot. I've bought them twice now and will continue to do so.
