Penny: I have purchased these 22 times and the quality of the product is always good. Some batches are done a little more, some are a tad thinner, but they are all within an acceptable range. These have few and simple ingredients and are a no-nonsense but fun way to serve ice cream without mess or a dirty dish! They are the same quality as cones in ice cream shops. Occasionally we receive a package that has some broken cones, usually because canned goods or something heavy was careless placed on top during shipping. Each time I have got my money back from Amazon after telling them about the problem. I will keep buying these!
