Dino Macchiusi: It arrives missing a washer that allows the handle to travel along the shaft. Without the washer the handle was very loose and not safe. I suspect that even without the washer the tool still is flimsy.

Collin B: This is a great tool to leave in your car for emergencies. I had to change a tire a few weeks back, and I was unable to break the lug nuts loose with the car's stock wrench. Having this would have saved me a few hours of sweat and waiting.

Petri808: I got this for my husband’s 4Runner because the tools that come with the vehicle don’t provide much leverage to remove the lugs (especially for those without a lot of strength). He had to use it once already and loves it. Now I need to get one for my car lol

daveofl: I got this after getting a flat tire and needing to call AAA because I couldn't loosen the lug nuts with the small lug wrench that comes with the car. This wrench has a long handle that can be shortened or lengthened to get the amount of leverage you need. I was a little surprised that the handle is not fixed. It slides freely on the X-shaped part of the tool. That's not really a problem though, and it makes it easy to slide off the handle so you can spin off the lug nut with the X-shaped part of the tool. I tested it on my car and found that it has plenty of leverage to loosen the nuts, which had been torqued down very tightly at the repair shop. I like the way it easily assembles and disassembles and can be stored very compactly in the bag that comes with it. My car doesn't have a trunk so that's important for me. Now that I have this tool I can change my own tires without having to call a tow truck for help.

J. A. S.: Bought this as a second tool for my daughters car. The one that came with the car is too small that you can’t get a decent grip on it to use. Hoping this tool helps. It’s sturdy but as I said …hard to figure how to put together to use. I did like the sockets it came with, I only wish they would have included instructions on the best way to use or piece together..with a pic . That would help a lot. If they did have simple instructions with the tool…I probably would order one for myself.
