M M.: Love the cups.in fact, I purchased them again for a gift. Did not give a 5-star review because of the straw. The straw's diameter is too narrow; I purchased a new set of straws (a bit wider).

DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER: I ordered it in the morning had it the next day by 1. super fast. I ordered 16 of them they are a beautiful color all in fantastic shape they were bubble rapped. It had two straws each one straight and one curved,
four straw cleaners and four bottle cleaners. Perfect for what I am using them for. I would order again from them.

EstherEsther: I like that the cup is lightweight and easy to hold. Reminds me of a yeti cup but with handles.
I’ve only used this for hot drinks and it keeps the drink pretty warm for a while, but not hot.
Note: During the first couple uses I could taste a bit of plastic or metal. Before using make sure to clean the cup and lid well. Maybe let the cup sit in hot water for a while to get the surface level residue off. The instructions also say to wait 3 min before pouring boiled liquids.

Catharine WhiteCatharine White: I purchased 12 of these mugs for my family COVID socially distanced Christmas celebration which was held outside. We live in Wisconsin. It was cold. Really really cold. All the food was instantly cold as soon as we began to eat. The only bright spot in the celebration (other than no one contracting the virus) was that our Tom and Jerry hot drinks stayed hot in these mugs. I had them decorated using oil paint pens to commemorate the occasion and they were the hit of the party. All the guests report their regular use since Christmas and I have ordered more since then. Highly recommend!
