Michael Dowler: If you are not an electrician, be sure to read the directions. It was difficult to connect the wires without understanding how the screws worked. It took me three times as long because this product was new to me. Once I mastered it, it was quite simple and took a very short time to install. Good product but read the instructions and figure out how the screws operate.
