Kimberly S.: This was purchased as a gift for someone with a limited recipe collection….VERY limited. This collection is a perfect beginning for him to expand his kitchen journey. My only complaint is that the book being soft cover, should have been wrapped in plastic or in an envelope to protect the cover from scratches while shifting in the overly large box against another small item I ordered.
